As threatened promised, I'm making up my own list of Emmy nominees, and y'all can choose your favorites. :)

Notes:

1. Each actor submitted themselves in the category of their choice. If you think someone is in the wrong category, don't blame me. The full list, again, is here.

2. This is totally and utterly biased toward the shows I watch and the actors I like. Yes, I may have left out superb actors because I have no idea who they are and/or have never seen their show. You don't like it, make your own awards! :-P

3. No write-in votes. I tried to stick to six nominees per category, and let me tell you, it was REALLY HARD. The supporting actor/actress categories in particular, I probably could've filled a whole second poll.

4. In some categories, I chose people I didn't know or hadn't seen just to get six options. Apparently, I don't watch enough TV movies/miniseries. I did kinda try to keep it to shows I theoretically wanted to see - and who knows, if they get a lot of votes, it might motivate me!

5. Feel free to explain/defend/campaign for your choices in the comments!

You should probably be aware that I voted without having seen the the most recent season of any of these shows (except for Sherlock). As your mood, so my mood is also.

(Also: dude! Lots of nifty guest stars in things recently!)

Apparently all I watch is comedies, because I just picked people I had heard of for other ones. I think I've watched Fringe before, so that's why I picked a bunch of those.

However, I did watch "Reviving Ophelia" on one of our lazy Saturdays at the intern house where we watched 3 lifetime movies in a row.

It was standard lifetime movie. Decent though. Probably the best of what we watched that day. But that's not saying much.

After Neil Patrick Harris' performance at the Tony's he should win every award everywhere.

That was fun. Thank you for including the Fringe actors. They blow me away but will probably be ignored for the Emmys.

I voted for my bbs Nina and Ian, obviously, considering that by sheer virtue of the CW they will never, ever be given such recognition. Le sigh.

Ooh, fun voting on things! :D

There are a few things I haven't watched so I picked rather arbitrarily in some categories, but there were a lot of terrific choices - it was hard! LOL

Voted for Kyle and Connie to finally get some recognition.
