Well, I didn't get the condo. The seller came back with a slightly reduced offer, but it was still above my price limit (not to mention the appraisal value), and they refused to come down any further.

Last night, I met with my realtor and put in an offer on my second choice, which is almost exactly the same as the first choice, lol - same building, just opposite side of the building and a lower floor. And the waiting game resumes...

Welcome to trying to buy a home. LOL I don't remember how many contracts/offers TB put in before she actually got a house. Hang in there!

I'll keep you company in waiting! I'm currently waiting to hear if I get a fancy internship for the summer, or if I'll be resigned to Salisbury. Got an email back from Disney, just confirming that I'm still interested, and actually in school, and have a car. I'm hoping to hear something good soon. I applied to 3 other places too.
