Cooking with Eowyn - Snowpocalypse part 2

Well, the roads appear to be mostly plowed, which means I'll probably have to go to work tomorrow. Although neither the Metro nor the ART buses were running today, and they haven't posted updates for tomorrow yet, so who knows? Even if the office is open, lack of transportation would seem to be a valid reason not to go into work.

Anyway, I did some more cooking today. The theme for this post would seem to be "use up the leftovers!"
