Date: Feb. 8th, 2010 03:37 pm (UTC)24 is... well, it used to be very awesome, and it started right after 9/11, so there was more appreciation for scary right-wing antiterrorism back then. Now it's just gotten so ridiculous, it's impossible to take it seriously, so it's not nearly as scary. (Jack Bauer is still very awesome, though.)
