Interesting post here that's sort of both a reaction to Joss' recent interview and an analysis of Dollhouse. I think it identifies some good points about why the show failed to connect with an audience.
The blog post isn't spoilery - it just talks about the general premise of the show. I would not read the interview with Joss, though. That's definitely spoilery, but the parts quoted in the post are vague.
Thanks. I actually read the Joss interview already and it wasn't too spoilery in detail, except for one casting spoiler, but then knowing how Joss feels about the Firefly actors, I was pretty sure that character would be back.

Okay, read it now, and it's hard to disagree with what the guy says (except I find the way he writes 'TeeVee' every time very irritating. Heh!)
I even agree with him that parts of Epitaph One don't seem like a Dollhouse episode at all.
