You Are an Introvert
You take life as it is, and you find happiness in a variety of things.
You tend to be close to family and friends. But it's hard to get into your inner circle.
Making the little things wonderful is important to you, and you probably have an inviting home.
You seek harmony with others, but occasionally you have a very stubborn streak.

Your strength: Your intense optimism

Your weakness: You shy away from exploring your talents

Your power color: Jade

Your power symbol: Flower

Your power month: June

Heh, I was on board right up until the "intense optimism" bit. I am definitely an introvert, with a very small circle of friends. (Funny that my power color is jade, as that's the name of one of my friends.) My apartment is pretty inviting I guess, as long as it's clean, lol, but I rarely have people over. Seeking harmony but very stubborn? Oh, definitely.

The "shy away from exploring your talents" is interesting. The first thing I thought of was high school, where I did just about every activity under the sun, but excelled at none of them (which is something that drove me crazy, because I wanted to be the best at just one thing, and chose academics, and ended up #2). If I'd wanted to, I could've taken my acting/music/sports more seriously, could have tried to be the best at one of them instead of settling for just being a participant. But there were always people who were absolute naturals at those things, and I thought, "I could never be that good. I'm just not that talented." I also think I tend to underestimate myself - I've been in the process of applying for jobs, which means writing lots and lots of cover letters and trying to sell myself, and I'm always uncomfortable writing those kinds of things. I hate to brag about myself.

Heh. Reminds me of me. Not the high school bit, but I tend to jump from interest to interest and I'm decent at most, but not great at any. It gets a little discouraging.

"Intense optimism". Hee.

I totally fail at things like this. Also, I don't interview well. I never know what the right answer is.

I hate the "what would you do in this situation" questions. It's like, "I'll do whatever your company's policy is!" But you can't answer every question like that. And I'm not even talking about "What would you do if you caught another employee stealing" type questions.

I interviewed at a library, and they were asking me what I would do if I saw boys looking at pictures of naked women on the computer, if someone needed to pay a fine and we didn't have enough change to break the bill on hand, if I would ever waive fees or check someone out without a library card. Well, one library I worked at DID waive the occasional fee, and you could check out if you'd forgotten your card as long as you had some other ID and you weren't a repeat offender. Not at the one I was interviewing at, however. I'm not sure why they ask questions on library policy in an interview. Obviously I'm going to do whatever their policy is, and how could I know it beforehand? Or did they think I would have some problem following policy, if I answered in a way that contradicted their policy?
