Well, after my Mother's Day gift poll, it turns out that my dad DID buy something for my mom this year (although he signed the card from their "other daughter," Patches, and added, "P.S. Sorry I peed on your love seat," so I guess that falls under "helping"). But he's clearly still not getting the hang of this holiday since, after we went out to breakfast, we found ourselves at Target shopping for a Mother's Day gift and card for HIS mother, which he had neglected to do. *shakes head*
