Sliders, The West Wing, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, probably also shows like Full House, Saved By the Bell, Seinfeld, and Friends, which I watched in reruns, so I've no idea if I've seen all the episodes or just the same ones over and over.
2. Name a (current, I assume) show you can't miss:
Heroes, How I Met Your Mother, Bones, Friday Night Lights, Chuck, Psych, Damages
3. Name an actor who would make you more inclined to watch a show:
James Marsters, most Buffy actors, really, Kristen Bell, Adam Baldwin, pretty much any cast member from The West Wing, occasionally to my detriment (*cough* Studio 60)
4. Name an actor who would make you less likely to watch a show:
I can't think of anyone. I'm sure there are actors who would turn me off, but since I'm avoiding them, no one's coming to mind.

6. Name a show you like that no one else enjoys:
Veronica Mars. If more people watched it, it wouldn't have been canceled.

Gosh, this is another hard one. It'd be easier if it were the other way around - I can think of a few TV actors who have surprised me with their musical talent (James Marsters, Christian Kane, Jesse L. Martin). I guess movies would be considered a different medium, so I'd say Glenn Close, who really impressed me with Damages.
11. What is your favorite episode of your favorite series?
Oh, lordy. I couldn't choose my favorite series, let alone a favorite episode!
12. Name a show you keep meaning to watch but you just haven’t gotten around to yet:
Battlestar Galactica. It's in my queue.
13. Ever quit watching a show because it was so bad? (By which we're interpreting as shows that became bad, not necessarily those that started out that way.)
Gilmore Girls. And that's saying a lot, because I rarely give up on a show once I've put in a few seasons.

Nothing specific. Sometimes I watch TV while I'm eating dinner.
16. How often do you watch TV?
I watch something pretty much every day, but that could be live television or TV on DVD.
17. What's the last TV show you watched? (We interpreted this question as, "Last Show You Watched an Episode of Prior to Writing This. If it was supposed to be, "Last Full Series You Watched," we'd have to rethink)
Hmm... what was the last thing I watched? I guess Pushing Daisies on Wednesday. I may have watched a Buffy DVD since then.... I was rewatching season 1 last week.
18. What's your favorite/preferred genre of TV?
Drama
19. What was the first TV show you were obsessed with?
Other than kiddie cartoons... I'm pretty sure it was Saved By the Bell.
20. What TV show do you wish you never watched?
Viva Laughlin. I only saw one episode (which means I watched half of its entire run), but I think I suffered permanent brain damage. If you're looking for something in a series, I don't really have any regrets. If a show is that bad, I stop after an episode or two. Okay, Studio 60 was pretty bad, and I watched all of that.
21. What is the weirdest show you enjoyed?
I'd say Red Dwarf. Gotta love the Brits.
22. What TV show scared you the most?
I don't really watch scary TV shows. That episode of Doctor Who with the gas mask child was pretty creepy, though.
