Snagged from
jae, but one again - pretty much making the rounds.
Your main fandom of the year?
I guess Marvel? It's a lot harder to measure, since I'm not as active in writing ALL THE THINGS, but that is the only fandom that kind of stands out in terms of how much time I spend thinking about it, lol.
Your favorite film watched this year?
Hmm. Snowpiercer was probably the best (plus, when you compare and contrast with Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and watch them in the same week like I did, both films seem doubly better).

Guardians of the Galaxy was probably the most fun. Or maybe Veronica Mars. Underlying theme of this meme will probably be "I am super-indecisive when it comes to declaring favorites."
Your favorite book read this year?
According to Goodreads, the only two books I gave 5 stars to this year were Veronica Mars: The Thousand-Dollar Tan Line and The Fault in Our Stars, though I think the former may just have been the general Veronica Mars-induced glee of having new story to consume.

Your favorite album or song to listen to this year?
Awesome Mix Vol. 1 (aka the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack), which was, let's face it, the best thing about the movie.

Your favorite TV show of the year?
Already dithered and gave six different answers to this one yesterday, lol.
Your best new fandom discovery of the year?
I can't really call it a "fandom" discovery, since I'm not involved in the fandom at all, but my favorite pop culture discovery was probably Arrow/The Flash.

Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year?
The Into the Woods movie.

I tried to have low expectations, but still. Ouch. At least
skygiants gets me.
Your fandom boyfriend of the year?

Chris Evans
Your fandom girlfriend of the year?

Jennifer Lawrence
Your biggest squee moment of the year?
LOL I squee over basically everything (otherwise what is the point of being on the internet? lol). Let's go with this year's Avengers appearance at Comic-Con, which was basically one big puppy-pile of adorable idiots.
The most missed of your old fandoms?
Well, I miss some of the people from Buffy fandom that I don't see as much or aren't around anymore, but I haven't felt much nostalgia for the show or the fandom at large.
The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to?
I don't really go about fandoms this way? I don't go looking for them; they seem to find me. That said, if more people want to squee over The Flash with me, I am totally game.
Your biggest fan anticipations for the coming year?
Avengers: Age of Ultron. Mockingjay Part 2. The final seasons of Parks and Recreation and Mad Men.
