* More Newsroom things: Aaron Sorkin being an enormous douchebag. Emily Mortimer is outstandingly delightful by comparison.

* It's been a long time since we've had Hunger Games casting news, but it looks like the rumors have started circulating about Catching Fire. I desperately want Armie Hammer as Finnick, so I'm glad the director agrees with me. Now if only Armie would agree...

* On the Johanna front, Mia Wasikowska and Zoe Aggeliki seem to be in the running. I am ambivalent.

* The cast of Breaking Bad competes in the Nerdist Podcast's All Star Bowling.

I think it was you who mentioned Chris Hemsworth as Finnick, and that's who I saw throughout Catching Fire and Mockingjay. Armie Hammer works too, though.

As for Joanna, I've been holding out for a dyed brunette Kristen Bell, if only because she's just such an adorably huge fan of the series. But if it's not Kristen, I'd rather it be a person of color because we have enough white people in the story.

And I have loved Emily Mortimer ever since I saw her in a BBC movie called "The Glass Virgin." It was a melodrama.

I will watch Mia W. do anything. I adored her in Jane Ayre and as Alice.

Edit: Also, I read the Sorkin interview, and that was... quite a thing, wasn't it? The ending especially - "Internet girl"? He forgets the person interviewing him for a newspaper probably reads the newspaper? He tries to teach her how to high-five? There are not words (which is probably why the interviewer very wisely described all those bits sans commentary).

HAHAHAHA. Possibly my favorite thing in media journalism is when someone throws Aaron Sorkin a shovel and stands back to watch him dig.
