next_to_normalI've been rather lazy with posting since I went on vacation, haven't I? Well, partly I've been busy (two job interviews! And only one rejection so far!).

1. New Doctor Who companion has been cast. I am shocked - SHOCKED, I tell you - that they opted to cast another young, attractive woman.
2. So, I can't actually vouch for the acting quality of the Hunger Games main cast (except Jennifer Lawrence, who was excellent in Winter's Bone), but I can say this: they are FUCKING HILARIOUS. In particular, Jen's appearance on Letterman, the endorsement of Team Peeniss (if you can't get the video to play, here it is in gif form), and the origin of "Catpiss Neverclean" (also gif'd here).

On one hand, I have the most boring Facebook profile on the planet. OTOH, yeah, that is NOT OKAY. YIKES. And there's that town that makes all its employees hand over their EMAIL PASSWORD?!? "No one has ever refused. This speaks well for the quality of people applying." Um, NOT REALLY.
