next_to_normal...but I put an offer in on a condo, the one that had been my first choice and fortunately was still available. The offer was pretty low, so we don't expect the seller to accept it, but hopefully she'll counteroffer and we'll agree on something I can afford. If not, I have a couple other options for similar places, but signing all the papers made it actually sink in. I AM BUYING A HOUSE OMG.
