Full disclosure: I had to look up the titles on Wikipedia, because I didn't remember them all. Also, I stopped buying the comic after the Harmony issue, so I only read them sporadically after that. So there may have been some artistic license in my reactions. :)

Spike beating the manikin in rage is the one I can most relate to - it seems mostly I liked the ones you were meh about and was meh about the ones you liked (at least through Wolves at the Gate, after which I stopped reading).

Is the laughing Buffy icon referring to Drac?

Haha, honestly, I think the only one I unreservedly liked was "The Chain." The first third of the season, I was more hopeful than anything else - the issues themselves were a bit meh, but at that point, I was still expecting it to get better.

And yep, laughing Buffy refers to Dracula, but also to the fact that WatG is pretty much the point where I gave up on taking S8 seriously and tried to just enjoy the crack. That... didn't last long, as you can see by the increasing number of angry!GIFs. :-P
