Christmas kitty wraps presents

...and also eats ribbon. :) Kelly, I am having a particularly difficult time getting your bow to stay on your present, because someone keeps pulling it off. She also oh-so-helpfully pre-wrinkled all of my wrapping paper for me by sitting and walking all over it. Hope no one minds slightly mangled gifts, lol.

Anyway, I have been a terrible slacker this week and did not get done nearly as much as I intended to. And I'm driving home tomorrow, at which point I will probably be all wrapped up in holiday stuff with the family, so I'll take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy whatever you celebrate. :) Hopefully I will have some (horribly belated) reviews of things once I'm on the other side of Christmas.

Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas without kitties eating decorations and "helping" wrap (and unwrap) gifts. I notice that Chelsea doesn't appear the least bit guilty-looking in the photo. *g*

I am here until Tuesday, too. I'll probably be leaving early on Tuesday, but I don't have much going on Sunday and Monday (my grandmother will be here, and I'm sure I'll be looking for any reason to get away!). Let me know what you're up to and we can get together.

I just have a concert Sunday night, then going to the Flyers practice Monday morning. You're welcome to come to the Flyers practice if you want, I'm already dragging Seamus along. Otherwise I should be free that Monday night, or Sunday morning/afternoonish.

Flyers practice sounds good, and I'll get to meet Seamus. What time is it? Do they still practice in Voorhees?

That is of course, if they still have it! My concert has already been postponed- to a date when I don't think I can go :(

And yes, I think it is Voorhees where they practice. At the skate zone- down 295 a bit. Supposed to be at 11am unless they cancel because of this impending blizzard? Apparently the news is saying up to 20 inches now? I think they're overreacting a bit.

Haha, the news is being utterly ridiculous - first they were all, "OMG snowstorm!" then they said, "Oh, no, just kidding." Then they blamed it on the computer models being wrong, which is meteorologist for, "We don't know what the hell's going on, but we're stocking up on canned goods." The last I heard was we could get 6-18 inches, which is a rather wide range and thus not at all helpful. (In contrast, my dad looked up the weather for DC for when I drive back, and they are predicting 1.4 inches, which seems oddly specific, lol.)

Sooo... I guess just call me tomorrow and let me know whether or not you're still going, and if not, perhaps we can exchange presents at either of our houses once we've shoveled the driveways. :)

I just looked at the flyers facebook, apparently they left for vancouver this morning, um, so no practice in voorhees it seems. So I guess at some point tomorrow we can get together. I'll give you a call.

Oh yuck! Traffic bad? They showed 95 south on the news tonight and it was pretty much a parking lot, but nobody mentioned it going north.

95 N actually wasn't bad. There was an accident on 295, and the Delaware toll is always backed up, then I hit rush hour when I got to Philly and THAT was a parking lot.
