[x] the dark - omg, totally freakishly paranoid, ever since I was a child. I've gotten better, but I still sleep with my bedroom door open and a night light on in the hallway.

Interesting... most of my fears seem to be of small animals, lol. There are a lot of things on there that are scary (like tornadoes or going blind), but I don't actively fear them because I know the likelihood of them happening to me are very slim. However, I totally believe that all clowns are out to get me. It's a thing.

Spiders are evil!!!! I have to force myself to sit near a spot that a spider has just been removed from. And if I found a tarantula, I think I'd move.

Clowns, eh? Have you seen "It?" It scared me of clowns for about a day, but with good reason.

I have not seen "It," but I read the book... yeesh. I wanted to see the movie - young Jonathan Brandis and Seth Green? I'd be so there if I didn't think it would give me nightmares for life.

Clowns! Did you see them when you were a child, in a circus?

Now that I think it it, they had these enormous feet and oversized red mouths...maybe I should add them to my list.

No, I've never been to the circus. I imagine that would be terrifying!!

I remember the circus as noisy and smelly. The elephants and tigers were huge and horrifying but the clowns! They were frenetic and erratic - even jumping into the seating area. I think I blocked all of those reactions until now.
