I don't watch porn either, but a handful of porn stars have entered the mainstream via books, documentaries, and endless interviews on VH-1 segments.

Well, there you go. I don't watch VH-1 either. :) Nor do I pay attention to any of the celebrity-tracker magazines or TV shows. And I can't imagine ever picking up a book about a porn star and thinking, "Hmm, I should read this." lol
