Something next to normal, that's the thing I'd like to try

Thanks! Weird creepy thing - I also posted this entry on my personal blog, and a Comcast rep REPLIED to it, saying they were sorry they couldn't get someone out sooner, and to contact them to see if we could get it pushed up. I mean, I appreciate the effort, but seriously, someone from Comcast is reading my personal blog and responding to complaints? I feel like I need to be more careful about what I say now...
