Saw The Avengers last night. Loved it. Despite not having seen any of the prior movies featuring these characters and having no knowledge of the Marvel comics whatsoever, lol. It's very obviously a Joss film, though, which I think is why I liked it? Because the characters are all witty and clever and have actual character beats in between blowing up all the things.

Mark Ruffalo is the actual best, and if he'd been in the other Hulk movies, I might actually be tempted to watch them. ~~Also, I may have just become a Tony/Bruce shipper.~~ RDJ = hilarity. Not usually a Scarlet Johansson fan, but Natasha rocks and needs her own movie. Preferably with Jeremy Renner. (BUDPAEST!) And I can totally see now why people keep suggesting Chris Hemsworth as Finnick for the Hunger Games movies, even though I still think it'd be weird. Oh, and Imma need a gif of the Hulk punching Thor out of frame as soon as humanly possible.
