The second version is closer to how I we say this word :). The last is VERY wrong, because the "l" in this word is not actually "l", it's "ł", and it gives a sound close to the first sound in "window".

Thanks for satisfying my curiosity :D. Polish is horrible when it comes to pronunciation, we have some weird consonant clusters and stuff, so asking people from other countries how do they say Polish words just never stops being fascinating.
