The Vampire Diaries, take two

I was gonna be all "okay, here's the good stuff" with this post, but I seem incapable of simply squeeing about this show, lol. I always end up diverting into comparisons and criticisms, which makes me feel like I need to say, "No, but really, I actually did like it!" I can't help it, you guys. The more I like it, the nitpickier I get :)
