Oh, you so totally should do a marathon. And do it now while the show's on a break, so you'll be all caught up for season 3.
Hardison and Parker are by far my two favorite characters on the show. (Which reminds me, I need a Parker icon.) Let me put it this way - if Hardison and Chuck had a geek-off, I'm not sure who would win. But what makes him fun is that he's not your stereotypical computer tech - he's also hilarious and has some of the best one-liners:
Eliot: How long is this gonna take? Hardison: As long as it has to take. You know, I was just pulled up to the ceiling of an elevator by my pants so do not take that tone with me!
Hardison: How 'bout that? Man, you see me? Eliot: He was injured. Hardison: Well, somebody's got to fight the injured. Shoot, that's my niche.
Sophie: So this is what you do, right? You take - you take footage of us on cons and you - you download it into that? Hardison: Yeah, I analyze it, I monitor comms, I scan for all police frequencies, I... you had no idea I do all this, did you? Does nobody respect the van? The van is important!
Oh yeah, and he has an unnatural attachment to his van. And he totally has a crush on Parker, but she's completely oblivious. To pretty much all social cues. Parker is 20 lbs of crazy in a 5 lb bag. :)
What was I talking about? Oh, right. The icon. It's good for my "seriously?" reactions.
