Always good to get a diagnosis. I hope things will settle down once the conditions is properly managed. There are a couple of other people on my flist with Crohn's and they seem to have it reasonably under control.
There are probably LJ comms too where you might find more info.
Yeah, the internet is a great thing, when it comes to stuff like this. :) I'd kind of suspected it might be Crohn's, so I'd already been doing research. I only know one person in RL who's had it, and he was kind of an extreme case (multiple surgeries to remove parts of his intestines), so it's good to get some perspective.
