I just got the ticket in the mail today, which reminded me that I never mentioned I bought a ticket for JM's concert thingy in February. I was going to go, and then I wasn't because I didn't want to go by myself, but then I checked the ticket website, and it just happened to give me the seat next to slaymesoftly, so I figured it was fate. I'm just going to the concert, and not staying overnight or anything, so I'll probably spend more time driving than actually being there, but what the hey.

I like him. I'm not sure he'd have been great for quite so many gigs if it wasn't for meeting up with people, but I still get nervous even with people I've met before. I always wonder wtf I've writtn about on LJ :D

LOL, well, this is only gig #2 for me, and I missed all of the, uh, "growing years," so I didn't need the extra motivation to get me through.

I will admit, though, I think my JM obsession is sort of burning out.

Haha, probably not by this fandom's standards. My RL friends, however - who are themselves big enough fans to drive 4 hours to go to a gig with me - seemed to think I have some kind of unhealthy obsession.
