* On the heels of yesterday's Downton Abbey news: Julian Fellowes is developing a new series set in 1880s New York.

* First Catching Fire set pics have surfaced! And now we have to wait A WHOLE YEAR for this movie.

* So help me, I am actually kind of looking forward to season 2 of Smash. And not even in a hate!watching kind of way!

* Neil Patrick Harris has a new web series. With puppets. The first episode is up, and it's fairly epic. (Also, watch this behind the scenes vid.)

On one hand, 1880s NYC \o/. OTOH, I think I'm pretty much over Julian Fellowes. I found this last season (through 3.05, at which point I gave up) not only deeply disappointing, but further evidence that the disappointing second season wasn't just a fluke.

Edit: Also, per the article, that show Gilded Lilys that I was all excited about apparently didn't and isn't going to happen. :(
