Haha, so I saw this today and immediately thought of ever_neutral never having heard of The Cosby Show and aerintine and I being totally flabbergasted seriously, it's like she's not even American or something.

1. What kind of soap is in your bath right now?
Dove body wash. Also something my mother stole from a hotel and left here because she doesn't like that I never have actual bars of soap (who uses bars of soap anymore?).
2. Do you have any watermelon in your refrigerator?
No. I kinda want some now, though.
3. Is there anything moldy in your refrigerator?
I don't think so? But only because it's mostly empty.

I wish I knew...
5. What would you change about your living room?
I like my living room, actually. I do kinda need a new sofa, but that's not happening for quite a while.
6. Are the dishes in your dishwasher clean or dirty?
Dirty, but there's only a couple in there, since I just ran the dishwasher yesterday.
7. Do you have a can of mushrooms in your pantry?
No
8. White or wheat/brown bread?
I prefer white, but I try to eat more wheat because it's healthier.
9. What is on top of your refrigerator?
Nothing. Occasionally my dad.
10. What colour is your couch?
Beige/tan-ish
11. What colour or design is on your shower curtain?
It's a beige background with blue, green, and orange squares on it.
12. How many plants are in your home?
None. They're out on the balcony.
13. How many candles are in your home?
Far more than necessary, considering I can't actually light them, after that one time Chelsea accidentally set herself on fire.
14. Is your bed made right now?
Nope.
15. If you have a coffee pot, what color is it?
Uh... silver and black, I think? I don't drink coffee, so it only comes out to play when my parents visit.

Standard

I think I have both, but use neither. :-P

Yes, for the most part, although I really should go through and get rid of all the stuff that doesn't fit me anymore. *cue spiral of self-loathing and depression*

I don't ever use a flashlight. I have a big black and yellow one that's supposed to be for power outages, but the batteries have been dead for years.
20. What kinds of things are in your junk drawer?
Junk?
21. Do you drink out of glass or plastic most of the time at home?
Glass
22. Do you have iced tea made in a pitcher right now?
No. I don't really like iced tea.

Curtains and shades.

Two

Not anymore, but there's so much light pollution from the parking lot, I don't need one.

Er. Whenever my parents are coming to visit?

Just the racks, unless Chelsea's finally learned how to bake.

Two plastic storage bins, lots of dust, and frequently a cat.

No. I have a desk in an alcove, but I don't actually use it for anything office-y. It's more of a glorified table.

Chelsea's food and water bowls, trash and recycling bins, and extra paper towels under the counter.

That depends, are we counting the panels of my bathroom mirror/medicine cabinet as three separate ones or one big one? Either four or six, I suppose...

That would imply I had money.

Off-white, mostly, except for the red accent wall in the kitchen and tan/light brownish in the bathroom.

Haha, the Chelsea story. I cannot believe I never posted about this! Basically, I never light candles because I'm afraid Chelsea will knock them over and start a fire or something. Then one time my mom comes to visit, and she's like, "It's silly to have all these candles and not light them. I light them at home and Patches doesn't bother them. I'm sure it'll be fine."
A few minutes later, cue burning smell and petrified kitty. Apparently, Chelsea is not bright enough not to walk right up to the flame? She didn't actually get burned, just singed her fur on one side and melted some of her whiskers. But it was all very traumatic, and I was all, "I TOLD YOU SO" to my mother, and we never lit candles again. The end.
