Cooking with Eowyn, interactive edition

Okay, flist, I need your advice. Anyone out there who can recommend a good cooking magazine? I know there are probably tons, but not having read any of them, I'm not sure which would be a good one to get my aunt for Christmas. She enjoys cooking, and is fairly experienced, but has all the cookbooks and kitcheny things a person could possibly want, so I thought maybe a magazine subscription would be something a little different. She tends toward food with French and Indian influences, and is occasionally too experimental for the rest of the family's taste (like the curry turkey from a few Thanksgivings ago). In addition to the actual food preparation, she's into the creative, Martha Stewarty stuff like creating party favors for all the guests.

So, any suggestions?

She might enjoy Saveur (http://www.saveur.com/), it's for someone who is an experienced cook or possibly Cook's Illustrated magazine.

Thanks! Those two were both on the "top ten cooking magazines" list that I found. I think I'm leaning toward Saveur.
