Ehhh... I got it from the library, so it was definitely worth reading for free, lol, but if you weren't feeling it from what you read, it just might not be for you. It is a little slow in the beginning, but once the plot kicks in, it's basically a "superhero's mousy best friend discovers her confidence and becomes a superhero, too!" story, with some romance mixed in, but the main emotional conflict is between the two best friends, adjusting to this shift in their relationship. So if complicated lady friendships and wacky superhero antics sounds appealing, give it a shot?
