Heh, yeah, Loki is pretty much the reason for the continued existence of the Thor franchise, lol. (In some circles, the sequel has been dubbed "Thor 2: The Magnificent Loki.")

On the serious side, Loki is a fascinating allegory dealing with cross-cultural adoption, identity, and internalized prejudice/self-loathing. More people should write meta about that...
