Heh, I've been having the same inner conflict about careers. Not that I dislike politics (although I do quite dislike my current job), but I've become a lot more disillusioned now that I've actually spent some time in the field (I was so idealistic in college...). And I think about all the things I'd rather be doing, but I doubt I could make careers out of them.
