I read that article about Smash and found it pretty interesting. I suspect the hate toward the showrunner is warranted, but that some people are gleefully piling on EXTRA blame now that she's gone, too. I was baffled by the fact that they wanted to get rid of Megan Hilty, who was one of the BEST PARTS of the show, even when she was saddled with ridiculous shit to do. I really hope that they managed to steer it back on the tracks. I wanted to love this show.
I was thinking of giving Julie Benz's new show a try, too.
