Where do these apples fall on the crisp/mushy tart/sweet continuum? Mushy/sweet = applesauce, crisp/sweet = eat raw, possibly with sliced cheddar, crisp/tart = pie, and mushy/tart... um, I don't know, cider or something.

ALSO! If you have pork chops, core & slice an apple thin, & cook the pork chops smothered in sliced apple possibly with a little bit of molasses drizzled on top.

OH! And any quick bread recipe can be improved by adding chopped apple bits and cinnamon!
